Making an order
When you place an order, you accept these terms, and we will send you a personal invoice. The invoice will include further information, such as your expected delivery time and payment details. A 10% deposit confirms your order, secures your place in our production schedule, and allows us to begin crafting your instrument specifically for you.
On the rare occasions when prices have changed, delivery costs need to be modified, or a mistake has been made in our pricing, we would make you aware of this at this time. If any further payments were required, we would contact you to make sure this is acceptable.
The prices on our site include VAT at the current rate.
Delivery information
Shipping is free within the EU. Please contact us if you live outside the EU, and we will find out what your shipping cost will be. We do, however, reserve the right not to ship to certain destinations.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from a purchase made at a distance, for example online or by telephone. Under the Swedish Distance Contracts Act, the right of withdrawal applies only to private consumers. The right of withdrawal means that the consumer has 14 days to notify the seller that they wish to cancel the purchase. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or someone appointed by you, takes physical possession of the goods. We will refund the full order amount, including shipping costs, no later than 14 days from the date on which we were notified of your decision to withdraw from the contract and the returned product has been received by us. For us to issue a full refund, all items in the order must be returned, and the product must only have been tested to the extent necessary to assess its functionality and must therefore be completely undamaged. You are responsible for the return shipping costs and for ensuring that the product reaches us safely and is packaged with the same level of protection as when it was delivered to you. You are not required to state a reason for the return, but we would appreciate it if you could write a few lines explaining why you wish to return the product.
