What if something happens to the proprietary pickup system or my Elvari?

VERY little can go wrong, but let’s think this through:

What if my bridge breaks?

✅ Any violin maker can make a new bridge because the pickup is NOT integrated in the bridge. Just like an acoustic violin bridge – it’s just a piece of maple wood.

What if something happens with the volume pot?

✅ Any electric guitar maker can open it up with a hex key (nr 10) and fix or exchange it with another standard 1mOhm volume pot. If you bought an Elvari before 2020, check the value on the volume pot and exchange it for a new one with the same value.

What if something breaks INSIDE the pickup system?

✅ It’s virtually impossible because it’s a closed system: hermetically sealed and airtight! We have tested it in both extreme heat and extreme cold, and it still worked perfectly afterwards. IF something were to happen, we would exchange the tone board for you for free.

What if the violin body breaks?

✅ It’s built like a robust acoustic violin – so any violin maker should be able to fix or adjust it for you.

What if I play without passion?

❌ That’s inexcusable! We’ll tell Beethoven…
